The safest way not to get cheated !

The safest way not to get cheated, is to understand, why Brand retailers worldwide buy from the Brand owners Distributor Line and not in the internet !
The Reason :
There is no "Supplier" in the WWW who can sell under the prices of the Official Distributors, because if one would be able to offer "Original Items", he must bought them before from this Distributors !
This includes OEM Manufacturers worldwide. Nobody of them has a permit to sell the manufactured Brands. Not even in China, where all Brand owners have also their own Distributors.
True or not True, please vote your opinion !

Even though Hongkong Leiming was terminated we must still provide awareness to others. That was a good first step, so i thank everybody. When we have free time we must continue to post our experience becuase the scammers of Hongkong Leiming will make another name and list it on Alibaba. We know that.
Tony, thats from you !
And for the rest, you as Alibaba member since 2006 should have recognized this warning from me in 2007, but what warnings will help you see in your own lost and the thousands others who first order and then look for informations !

It is now confirmed that you are special. If you notice on my posts there are company names stated on those posts. If you would take a breath and absorb the information you would understand why there are company names on my post.s I still don't think you know, so I'll tell you. The company name is on the post so it will show up on search results when a person trys to search a topic on that specific company name. Your post on that link did not help a person searching that particular company name.
Your ability to use resources is satisfactory. Keep on quoting from me to improve. The Wise Man once said to a pompus security guard, "It is now confirmed that you are special". The security guard replied with a neat crying icon. Nice one!
Don't be hurt, you DO good work here.

Sorry I forgot to explain something to you. Your use of "we" was an overgeneralization. I'll give you an example because you need one. All birds can fly. That is an overgeneralization. Your over generalization was, "...that's how we know you". Anyway, I’m not a teacher so that is as best I can put it for somebody special like you. My use of "we" was not overly generalized. I was stating that "we" should take an action. My last use of "we" was something that is inherent in on this site. Again just for you I'll state it again. When we have free time we must continue to post our experience because the scammers of Hongkong Leiming will make another name and list it on Alibaba. We know that. We know that right? A characteristic of a scammer is to make a new company name? Please learn how to point out an over generalized remark.
We think Wilhelm is smart. That is an overgeneralization.

It is 100% true, if you like to buy the latest products. If you do not care about the latest products you can buy brand name products cheaper than wholesale from liquidation centres, they are located in North America. These buy and sell for example close outs, factory overruns, wholesale bankropt, retail store closeouts etc.

how to understand the being cheated, i think we must sort the products as the grade, maybe it shows us the "adidas" on the copy, but pls judge whether it is authentic.
before until now, i buy the copy products, its a nightmare for me, every customer know the copy, but they hope me to tell him or her it's authentic. pls tell me what should i do?
i choose to change a job, until now
first of all, you must trust yourself, trust your products, and trust every customer

NOT 100% True, I buy stockouts/end of lines from Europe, which I sell in South America (as i am outside the main market) Conversely things in Brazil, ie havaianas are extremely cheap (in the shops 6 US), in europe, in places they sell for 20 to 25 US. Some countries have agents/distributors that take a hefty percentage. Ever heard of parallel imports? I would have to admit that people trying to buy source brand goods in China is not too bright. Some factories might try and sell goods that have failed the quality check. Though they tend to sell them locally. Apparently some of the copy markets in China sell these goods, and people tend to think of them as copies. Effectively they are not copies, but the chance of getting hold of these are slim, you are most certainly not going to get your hands on them. With all copies, you run a risk of having the goods impounded and destroyed. Otherwsie sourcing for you own label is not too bad, through trial and error you will filter out the bad suppliers. Lastly people believe in Branding, marketing, PR, while the markup is so high, people will always produce counterfeit goods. How many people go around with fake Louis Vuitton bags. Lastly it is not just China, try going to Turkey, Thailand, South America. This was only meant to be a YES/No but it looks as though it developed into something else, so I though i would give my two cents.

hi
i dont agree completely ,, name brand are a lot of kinds {levels} and a lot of sources to get same {or similer } yet original goods .
Brand owners have different pricing and different supply systems in different markets . Also tax structures are different.
i would put 2 examples to make the point more clear
example 1.to get nintendo wii you can either buy in england { thru english distribution channel or buy from hongkong supplier { whose price is lower even if he is buying from hongkong wholeseller as nintendo sells different pricing there .also taxes make some difference}
example 2 a sony ericcsson phone sold as model xxxyyy in australian market is sold by same company as model aaabbb in china and pricing is quite different but as model number is different you can say its different goods but actually its pricing policy of sony ericsson to be blamed for creating this "parallel import' business line

How can it be ? Do you mean OEM latest products ? or the particular model being obsleted or overcapacity ? or greyed area goods ! Maybe the pricings you compare do not include banking charges, courier cost, excise duties, your time spent for these matters. Have you go down to realistic calculations? Again, are sure you the product you ordered going to be what you want ? Or it does not come after you paid ? You are at high risk to import rather to get locally you can be viewed, test functions, one year warranty, pay as you satisfied etc......Have you take time to consider above issues? How many times you can get cheaper branded goods than your local distributors or dealers ? Even you can get it, make sure they are not grey area goods, else you are subject to involve in illegal transections whether you know or without knowing it. If you have the capacity to parallel import large quantity, why not negotiate with your OEM as their distributor ? Or apply for dealership from your distributors ? Importation is not a simple business, there are risk at all levels no matter for personal or licensed importer. Today technologies make easy for acquire information and communicate with worldwide, but do not mean you can get cheaper branded goods than your local licensed distributors. Why not look for niche products, but you need to have cash in hand to meet your supplier's requirements and sales and marketing capability too. So remember, not eveyone can be importer or distributor !!! else everyone will be importer or distributor, no more local buyers.
UNDERSTAND AND BE REALISTIC !!!
