The safest way not to get cheated !
Post 1 of 23
The safest way not to get cheated, is to understand, why Brand retailers worldwide buy from the Brand owners Distributor Line and not in the internet !
The Reason :
There is no "Supplier" in the WWW who can sell under the prices of the Official Distributors, because if one would be able to offer "Original Items", he must bought them before from this Distributors !
This includes OEM Manufacturers worldwide. Nobody of them has a permit to sell the manufactured Brands. Not even in China, where all Brand owners have also their own Distributors.
True or not True, please vote your opinion !

It is 100% TRUE.

Not 100% true, as some suppliers will have much bigger buying power than some smaller companies who may be looking to source goods online. That is, if Company A negotiates with a Distributor to buy 1000 items at a 10% discount, and sells them to Company B in lots of 100 with 5% Discount off 'list price'.

Of course have the fakes a own market, this was ever so and will ever be so.
But we do not talk about fakes here, we talk about not existing merchandise that is offered in the internert all around the world by cheating people and how we can prevent it in an easy way, not to get cheated !

Is this a question or an answer?
If it's a question then true as you asked for opinions. I think what you are doing is honorable but why waste thread space on a survey? Now a waste on my words as as result. Are you trying to figure out how people can avoid from being cheated or do you want them to answer this useless survey just to underline your answer to most things which is something like this, "why you tink you can by 100% brand name product in China? It's no happen. Ever!" I was as accurate as I could be with that. Anyway, I know there is no way that authentic products could be bought from a supplier in China. An expensive lesson but not one I could forget because I was scammed too. You can call me ignorant again if you want because that is your style or the only word you know but I wonder why a guy like you is helping people on this forum. I think that is a stand up thing to do. That shows you’re a good guy. I think you might have also learned a hard lesson along the way. You might have been gaped much more than most of us and still crying about it. Maybe it was here on Alibaba or somewhere else? It’s ok though, it is anger that drives a person like you to TRY to type while thinking. Nevertheless, warnings on fraud are welcome and surveys too. I have time for those. How about a survey that asks the forum for their favorite color. That would be fun.

Thank you Tony Ku or "SeriousBuyer"
nothing else I have expected as reply from you, a contribution based on your thinking, assumptions, and unproven statements, that's how we know you !

You say "we"? Who are "we"? Do you speak for the forum? I don't think so and that is proven, not assumption. Please speak for yourself.
To make it clear, here are my assumptions:
1) A company who is advertising 100% authentic brand name products like Apple Inc. iPhones and Dell from China is fraudulent.
2) A company who complies #1 and only takes Western Union is fraudulent.
3) A company who complies to all of the above and gives extremely low prices is fraudulent.
Those fraudulent aspects of a company are not proven? Can a person be saved from being scammed by an assumption a company is fraudulent based on those 3 listed above? Based on statistics, I think it is safe to assume that a company is fraudulent. Is this still a grey area for you? I can break it down elementary school style but I’ll have to pull out my phonics book for you.
