I know some people in UK offer Iphone ,but their phone number start with +4470 ,they seem to be scammers

A lot of UK companies, use real companies registration numbers. If you can track the registration number and then search for the real phone number, call them and see if that person works for them. I am sure they will say no. The scammer will tell you that they are registered in the UK and here is there reg. number, but they will give you a cell phone number. Please do extensive search to find the real registered companies phone number and contact them before wiring any money.
