We have been dealing with Hangzhou Anbang Sanitary Ware Co Ltd whose offices are located in Dangshan Industrial Area Xiaoshan Hangzhou Zhejiang China. We have purchased kitchens from them that arrived damaged because packaging was not  of a good standard however 2 kitchens arrived incorrect on both color and finish.


We have had substantial losses becasue of this, their production manager Eason Wang informed us it was the manufacturing floor who created the and that he had "scoulded" them for it and was giving us a credit for our next order guaranteed. The two kitchens were useless however one customer decided to take their kitchen and the other refused. Having gotten a credit in writing (we thought) we then proceeded to our next order... 8 kitchens.


We have not had a reply for 3 weeks and all contact with Anbang has frozen... no credit and no order... They assured us of quality control and warranty but none has been forthcoming.


Has anyone else had a problem with this company... their actions are very suspicious.  Anyone dealing with them should take every precaution or dont deal with them at all.

If you possible,you can go china and visit his comapny.I do not know this company too.
