You said paypal is not secure payment, so what is the best way to accept payment over sea.

For seller, paypal is secure, they can deliver after getting the confirmation from paypal.
For buyers it could be a problem if they deal with criminal suppliers who cash and hide.
Both assumed outside of protected Ebay deals.

1.for small order is Escrow

2.for large order L/C ,but always need inspection service.before shippment you must inspect you goods.
