Do you think is good to have a Contract of Sale from the buyer?, even though we didn't meet the person personally and Just send through mail the Contract of Sale forms.

in my opinion. it's good way. reduce the cost . some details can discussed in the contract.

i think that it will be more sutable if you send it via mail and get it back after signature via mail too, because you don't know if the signature belongs to the person who is in charcge or not so if you get it by mail then you can proof that the person who deal with you is the same person who sent you the signing contract.

It's better to send the sale contract from the seller.Usually,the terms in the contract is propitious to the side who draw up the contract.
