I am in the process of working with an Outsourcing Agent in Vietnam and Indonesia to assis us in looking for some product for my US customer.  The main role of this agent is to source and qualify capable and reliable vendors, disseminate and convey our purchsing enquiries to the suppliers, obtain RFQ and negotiate the best Quotations and Terms and Conditions on our behalf, monitor and control the production deliveries and after-sales service from the supplier after we place the P.O.

We are confident of the professional knowledge and services of this agent.  However, we need to draft and sign a contract with them in order to outline the role and responsibilities of the agent and the commission for his services in this deal.  Do you have such document which we can refer to?
