Who are the end users for HMS 1 2?

I came across a well connected businessman from India, and wanted to know who the actual end users are, for scrap? or in other words who uses them in the smelting process is it the foundries or the re rolling mills or is it some one else.
The reason for my question is, the gentleman may already have connections with those people and all he has to do talk to them and explore oppurtunities.
Would appreciate any help from you guys.

It is mostly smelting units who buy HMS 1&2 in India.
