good topic, no one has ever thought of this?  for myself, never a customer said I ignore him, I always thought I bother them. For many letters are sent out to the customers, buy no reply

of course. cilents is important. but at the fair, they can take blackberry, received the mail,and reply soon.
if some urgent, they can tel the clients.when finished the fair, they can have a long dicuss the topic.
that is my opinion.

Just like someone said before bad words spread faster than good words. And someone also mentioned in this topic that this time the fair was not that good and did not receive too many orders. Thats exactly the reason. You will go to fair and ignore the old customer. At the fair you will get the new customer. Then in the next fair you will again forget the customer that you got in the previous fair and you will have to look for another customer in the fair. And then you will do the same thing over and over. So if you provide good customer service and take care of customers then probably you wont have to beg for customers. And its not hard to reply to emails of old customers. Just have one person from the staff to reply back to the emails or just hire one temporary person and have them reply to the email rather than just ignoring them. You chinese manufacturers ignore the old customers thats why you are in the need for new customers all the time.
