I recently joined Alibaba.com as a seller/distributor. Is it really necessary to pay to be a Trustpass member in order to get some contact list? For the time being, I decide to just stay as a regular member. Do you still think I get some deals here?

if I have a real company, I will choose TrutPass membership to promote our products.

Because   Trustpass membership can be verified by  the third party.  That means TrustPass member are a real company.  This indentity can win buyers' trust.

Usually If  you get many enquries, some of them are from TrustPass members . Becuase of limited time and safty online, I'm sure you will contact TrustPass members.

Yes, it's up to you. Of course, TrustPass members can have more benefits than free members. You can also try free members for a period first.

Replying to [t10004]:My suggestion is that you had better stay for some time as not every alibaba member is in need of the information he requires. What I mean is that everyone has his own preference, and the best thing you should do now is to do detailed analysis on your product and the market. If most of the buyers in alibaba are interested in your product, then you can work out a plan to be a Trustpass mamber. The above-mentioned are just my personal opinion. Thank you.

Stay dont waste your money, there are just as many Trust scammers as free members, and alibaba wont act on Trustpass Scammers as they have paid them money, I can name 2 Companys to which this applies that owes me and others alot of money one a US and one a UK company

I have complianed to alibaba and they said that it has to go to court and they be convicted before they will lock the account, so dont waste your money, want anymore info contact me info@ultraassociates.com

The important thing act on the international trade are honest and trust. So, I think there is necessary become a trustpass member if you want to develop your international trade.
