Finally, I lost my temper and burst out and cried sadly today and decided to stop the cooperation with my customer although I treat our cooperation very serious before.

Yes, my agency business is increasing rapidly this year, especially these two months.
He is bringing me more orders and much more $$$$$$$$.
But he think he is my god, he can control me, he can organize my time and my life.

Everyday, he needed me to show up on msn, and talk for many hours. But at the same time, he has one million things for me to do.
But when I send him the emails, he is reluctant to reply, he like talking on msn only.
How can I do those one million things when I have to talk with him on msn at the same time???

I am working like a horse for him, need to go to the bank everyday, pick up payments, transfer his payments to his suppliers, source the items from his suppliers, pick them up and test his machines (his goods) in my warehouse before sending out and make dropshipment to his buyers, need to solve his troubles with his suppliers, need to make claim with the express company when he said any damages happend, need to give him the update stock list and bills.

Besides him, I also have other customers. One company can’t only have one customer!
But he think I can only work for him only. Because he bring me much more than others. So all my time is belong to him only!!! He like saying f****g to your other customers, if you are too busy for them, I will stop our cooperation.

I work day and nights, stay up unitl AM3:00 everyday… Besides eat and sleep, I am working like a motor, have to run 24 hours, I don’t have my own life, I can’t help my parents to do any house works anymore, I can’t meet friends for fun, I can’t go shopping, I can’t have romantic appointments due to I am lack of time.

I am only a common young lady, not a country president. I don’t need to be a millionaire, I don’t need to be a super woman. I only want to make enough money for a better (not best) life, can have a relax and pleased life.

I understand that I can’t stop working because I am like a subway on the highway, I don't want to explain, this is the life I have to choose. But this client doesn’t respect me, don’t respect China policy and particulars, he always curses on msn everday:stupid, what the ****….you must…He like to give order like a king, (his suppliers also angry with his rude attitude and complaint to me also, but none of them can’t say too much, because they still want to earn his money)

I really had enough!!!! Now I choose to lose him, lose many $$$$$, lose big business, I feel empty inside my heart, but I need to go back my original life—caim, happy and healthy!

From your banner - it looks like what I do as well and you have to firmly and cooly tell him that you only work until 6pm after which you need to either rest or do other things. If he does not like it - he is welcome to take his business elsewhere.

Only problem is that can the other clients support your business and if yes - just do it and say thanks for the business. You will complete what is left and new orders , etc , he is welcome to go elsewhere.. Be firm but kind and don't be rude.. OK..

One trick I learnt is that you can forwarn a person like - if he swears - tell him you will cut the line the next time if he swears , just a few times and it will stop - same with MSN - you can set this to turn him off so that he does not know if you are online or off. Hopes this help.

Jasmine, next time look for a win-win situation instead, I remember that my wife worked for a US based multi national company and she worked just like you. She working for a company and not running her own company. We have two kids and she return home at 10am and by the time I slept she's still working on the lap top in our room. When my alarm ring at 6am she is still at the laptop, seems like she's working 24 hrs a day. Well she sleep at 12 to 1am and wake up at 4am as our time is 12 hours different from the US. Luckily she had pulled over and was promoted to other department and life is much better. Maybe you should have employ somebody to help you, they may not be able to cover in a short term but after training in a long term I'm sure there must be somebody to cover for you.
