Our company or factory is very mini, Consisting of 30 workers, 4 product line and boss and boss’s wife. Our company act as a manufacturer for 4 years and as a company for 2 years. Factory produces the home decoration, in fact, only curtain. And in fact of fact, only string curtain.
We never did international trade before I came here. So no one tell me how to do and what should I do. I report to boss directly. But my boss ask one same question every day” is there order in alibaba today?” I worked for 31 days without one custom.
Every day I reply the inquiry in alibaba politely, but no one answer my polite quotation.
Every I do not know what should I do facing screen and I cannot answer my boss’s same question frequently.

why no sales you ask, let me enligthen you with my exprience
a. you are selling a product that nobody needs
b. price too high
c. customers cannot understand your email
d. cannot understand your quote
e. don't like the way you deal with them
f. you are too slow in replying to them
g. is your product up to date?
h. you are targeting the wrong customer. don't sell duck to a chicken buyer
i. your factory is in some remote location that will cost a fortune in freight to move the goods.
j. did I say price too high? I'll say it again, price too high
