I need advice from the legal expect in china ,i am a businessman in South Africa who i sometimes import my stock from china business people who i just pick them up from the internet, then we have communicated using internet we we met and agreement for buying soe of the stock from certain company in guandong province at shenshen city i ahave paid the products and he also replyed to confirm that he receive the money ,so when it comes him to release the goods he gave me the wrong tracking number then he replaid by telling me that he send the goods via certain currier they will deliver it almost a mounth to two months waiting my parcel he do not deliver so you the legal experts in china how can you assist me with this case i have proof of payment and also proof of our discussions can you please  help to stop this threats my email address (pgmn@worldonline.co.za

take this as a lesson. Never do business without checking the supplier. Always send money to the supplier company but not to some individual.
