You accidently hit the send button before you are finished with an email and you feel stupid and you look unprofessional. I know that google had got a “undo send” button on the cards, but in the meantime this is what I do to prevent this from happening.
You add the receivers email address at the very end, in other word after you have completed the email, that way if you accidently send the email it goes nowhere.

- Google does provide but its just a momentary delay. There is a site available that permits you to send it as future mail (www.in.com)
- The solutions would advise you to do this and do that but inculcation of habits on how you send the mail would sort this problem you could change the way you begin the email by adding the address first.
