Do you trust inspection agent?
Post 1 of 52

This been in the back of my mind for a long time.

I ask a supplier to send me chicken. i send him picture of chicken, a sample of a chickenbut he sends me duck. Why he send me duck is beyond me. Obviously this guy can't be trusted or he cannot understand my requirements.

Now, would the same thing happen to an inspection agent? Obviously this person is not a specialist in every field. Most just wakes up one day and decide to be an agent. Does this person have the experience of necessary knowledge to handle the product I need inspected?

I send the sample chicken to inspection agent but I am dam worried he might approved a shipment of cross dressed duck. He has nothing to lose but i have everything to lose.

Agents, please give us your feedback.

Obviously , you should have valid measurement to interview your inspection agent before finalizing it .... of course , nobody is the talent who knows all , and you should have system or ways to chose what you want ....

If the agent sends you the duck when you are requiring chicken , I do not think this is the full fault of the agent , and you are liable to tell you agent that you want ... complain is not the first way and only way when you get the duck .... study and correct it in future is your immediate job .

and you words are too critical , you know , most of the people who has experience and professional skill to fulfill your task and return you a satisfied report and result ...

this is my personal common and it should be the 2 sides judgement . do not use your 1 side opinion to judge the world .

So if I send you a picture of a chicken, can you give me chicken?

everyone call themself 'qualified' . it's funny to see tat. Ever since all hypo has a line say "qualified inspection team" blah blah..  the typical copy type Chinese put this hat on their head. Is tat just look like a chicken head with duck body..

obviously we have to take off the word 'qualifed' when we describe ourself . let say AQSIQ Inspector... that's truly qualifed.aha..

anyway, i don't know how many 'chicken' you ordered, but get a proper inspection done isn't that hard, there are few bad cases in QC field, but not that common as you thought. You gotta to trust your team if you want work with them.. that's best you can do..posting questions here won't help..all it brings are ADVERTISEMENTS

very good.  see it wasn't ver diffcult, was it?

So why cant supplier give me what I asked for.  I had 4 suppliers giving me samples after I provided pictures and I got ducks from three different suppliers and one very low quality dead chicken.   The excuse they gave was, this is only a sample, so they gave me sample from their existing line.  What the ****, you promised me chicken, you deliver chicken. I can't evaluate the samples at all.

I know ducks worth more but that is off no use to me.  You see I need chicken for lunar year of the chicken.  So duck is just not going to fly.

Moral of the story is why suppliers can't do what they promise and what they are told.
