Have you already done business on Alibaba?

How are you? Hope everything is fine!
I'm here to ask you, and see your opinions about the business here on Alibaba.
I would like to know if you have already done some business relationship. My company has Alibaba signature for more than 5 years and until today we haven't done anything.
I send e-mail, but I never have a reply.
I want to have some advises from you!

I talked to many people pf different business and they told me that they have already done business on Alibaba.
I just asked you all it because I thought I was doing something wrong, but as I could see it happens to many people.
I work in a company which manufacture electrical cables and wires, so I think we have a lot of customers to achieve.
