How can I be risk free,if I want to buy parrots by paying 100% in advance to persons I have never met in my life, from Africa,South America etc?

you have better not select 100% advance, if supplier not trust,you will lost!

go for a letter of credit , in letter of credit there is a clause red clause u can go for that if you would like to pay the money in advance before buying them.
