I don't know friend whether I could be able to help you or make your situation worsened.Anyway do accept me.My name is Mr.ananmeang,I'm new to your trade  and as I brows through this section I happen to come across you with your situation.

Whether those clients are genuine in their trading decisions or they are those that are just mail roamers,just pob here and there without taking serious trading decisions.I would like to suggest that you don't let those type of people get you so discouraged,and eventually get frustrated with them.If I were you I would just leave them out completely from my thinking.Besides that,there are millions and many more millions of genuine customers who should need to be told and informed about this trade of Alibaba.Surely by contacting more of these people they would definetely enlarged your trade.

Me ,too . the same problem .

but u can have a think ,if i added u with trademanager , but after our talk about product, we have nothing in comen . how we need to talk later?

when i feel good emotion ,or when i have nothing to do ,maybe i will searth someone to talk just greeting no business . but that is very little time . maybe i wish i can talk with someone in my fields together .

I think not only us think this way . our customer think so .

u have shown me the important of the call . maybe lot of Chinese sellers think it will be a little hard for us to call to somebody to introduce our products. when we in the office ,the phone always rang and talked to us for non-useful thing,something like "do u want buy something?"or "we are a such a website that u can do what what in our website ,and it only just need little money and it is the one which suit your product "  .

when we ourself face so many calls in the office and this made we feel no very good .

i think this is a factor for the sellers, too .

but from now on, i will take your advice ,to show my voice to your client !

In my experience, 2/3 of the sales people in China are totally clueless about trading.

a. i ask a question, he has to ask his boss. if you don't have the information, how can you sell the product?

b. if you have to ask your boss everything, I may as well buy from your boss

c. lunch is more important than customer. half way through TM, seller disappear for lunch. hey, i am hungry too

d. won't do what they are told. i ask for catalogue, seller refuse to send. I take business elsewhere

e. sell me things i don't need. f. cannot speak English. Don't waste my time if you can't understand me simple request, like "pls email me catalogue".

g. difficult to deal with, wont give me what i need. example, i like item CC123 in your catalogue, please give price. No, cannot give your price. What the fish!!!!

h. why do i waste my time on you if you are not prepared to invest time to research my needs

i, asking for crazy requirement. you have to pay $$$$ before we can do business. don't waste my time.

 j, if you appreach me, then you have to do your upt most to gain my business. don't expect me to pay for your sample or mould. Why do I bother paying you 5000 sample fee and you cannot produce the sample? I just waste 5000 and you laugh at me?

really a difficult problem,I always talking something private,like my pet I feed,the book I read.you should make friends first,don't always talking about your business,they will feel bored.
