. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO PONT OUT THAT THIS COMPANY IS CONDUCTING ACTS OF FRAUD. I BOUGHT TWO SAMPLE PRODUCTS FROM THEM AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I WAS TOLD MANY LIES AND STORYS ABOUT DELAYS AND PROBLEMS. THE COMPANY IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MOST CERAITLY CRIMINALY MOTIVATED. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

I bought a laptop worth $1100 US from them and received a 5 year year old laptop that has XP installed in chinese and a non-Australian power plug, I call them at least 15 times a day and they hang up on me or make excuses saying you must speak to boss.

After speaking the the "boss" i was informed the correct one would be sent and I was given a tracking number, the number was totally false and I haven't gotten anywhere since.

Please let me know if there have been any Chinese companies you have dealt with that are legit.

Replying to [nasco]: I bought something off them too. They sent me the wrong item and now I'm waiting for a refund. They blamed EMS.

Also, do not deal with Hualong trade.....they are true scammer.

I bought a sample PS3 off them, and they sent me a second hand ps2. When i spoke to them, they said i could return it for mobile phones.......
