Just wanna share too,

Lately, i've been scammed too.

I lived in Indonesia. Want to buy a cellphone just for a personal use.

The seller named : Ali Patrick,  company : AP55 Technical Services, he's using an U.K. PO Box address. (31 Soho Lofts) He is a free member in Alibaba.

1st, after we'd agreed with the item and the price (US$ 225 and more) , i've sent the money via W.U., right after he picked up the money, suddenly he said that, the minimum purchasing is more than 1 unit. And he want me to send the rest of the money for 3 unit of cellphones.

He said that he will lose his job because of this fishy deal and begged me to help him by sending the rest of the money (US$ 300 and more). Later, he said that now he's been transfered to Nigeria by his boss because of this issue.

After i've done a research, i've found :

1. It is almost 100% a fraud if the seller want to use Western Union.

2. He's actually lived in Nigeria right from the start. And some said that Nigeria is already well known as a Scammer Harem. And there's nothing that i can't do to make him pay for what he did to me and possibly to many others. Since i lived in Indonesia and It's a pretty corrupted country (which im not proud of it) , so im perfectly knew that i can't do anything about it.

This is my first attempt to purchasing through internet (Alibaba). Well, it's a lesson for me, and i hope for many people that shared the same issue, an expensive one. Sad to say, maybe it's a crime to trust someone instantly. [em4]

I have been scammed by www.abausbflashdrive.com as well. Any company with TOTOEC or ABA are related to them.

I have been scammed 501USD. I have sent the money but they kept denying on my payment until today. I have verified with my bank and my money has certainly went into their account.

Account holder name: Shaolan Lu

Bank name: Bank of China

Don't do business with them! You can search for more victims victimized by them!

The name is Japanese not Chinese. Generally Japanese are honest so if dealing with someone in China they probably used the name to entrap Japanese buyers. [em24]
I somehow do not think as Japanese guy would be trading out of China on Alibaba

[em18]hey guys a little tip that i recommend that you should do!! 1. ASK for real pics that they can take themself of their products.. make sure that they put there real name next to product so you know that they have items in stock! 2. ASK FOR ACTIVE recent TRACKING numbers from previous orders of other customers 3. ASK MANY QUESTIONs 4 . WEbsites , contact, numbers is always a plus.. give them a call and feel them out first!! Never been scammed yet.. ( thank god ) take these easy precautions Andrew NYC

because they the SCAMMERS are the majority of alibaba's acounts that brings the biggest revenue in their company.they pay i believ a high premium of about $3000.00usd.now a most succesfull company would not cut itself in the knees would they. They dont care to remove any scamming sites off their site for that reason.Even their government allows them to operate in this way turning a blind eye.most all these scammers are verified by the corrupt alibaba team.It is a company full of criminals that are allowed to operate un the the watchfull eye of their government.if you have been ripped off by any site within alibaba you need to report it to the shanghai U.S. embesy contact the F.B.I. and the secret service.they may be legit companies over their but to anyone else have the power to steal without reprocutions or any criminal charges.report them to your local congressman and the federal trade comission here in the states.they will continue to operate unless we pressure our own governments to take action against them by pressuring their government to prosecute the criminals involved and shut them down.just to let you know a company like HongKong leiming ltd which still operates in alibaba.i have counted numerouse posted complaints in their forums.but still say they need 3 complaints before taking them off.they lack their own policing in their company and on their site as well.notify your government official.to pressure their government to shut them down or clean house from criminals.WE THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE.
