I am an agent; I would like to know after receiving LOI/ICPO from buyer:

How can I trust to the seller, mandate or other agent for supplying my order? I mean how can I be sure they don't bypass me after receiving LOI/ICPO from me? and they will pay my commission?


Is there any procedure for this issue?

i think you should trust yourself on choosing a good supplier. After you check with the supplier and its plant, and cooperate with them gradually. You can find out the supplier is honest or not, stable or not.
if the supplier appear to be dishonest, you may stop to cooperate immediately.

They pay you because they need your services and if they are not satisfied then they may through you out from their business. Now it is a question again that that will keep them satisfy from an agent?
