Reply to [sameer khand]: I think  the supplier should not do like this. As he ahave already issued the PI. But here I have also find some times, supplier increase the price after issue the PI.

As you have mentioned that you have already paid the money, so now either you can ask them to retrurn your money back or if the price is not very high you can pay and buy. But it will not be good for your future deal.

(Just my opinion)

is this price too expensive?
does other suppliers can give you more better price now, for the same item, the same material?

The question is more regarding your personal convenience. If you realize that even with this 20% increment the final price is accpetable, probably somebody at that company messed up and sent you a wrong quotation. So in this case I would just get over it and continue dealing with them. But if you got the impression that they are pulling your leg, then you might as well go to court or do whatever you deem appropriate. You won't want to do more business with them anyway.

I think the seller is not honest and the only way for you is to get someone to help. Even if you agree to pay the additional cost; is there any guarantee that they will send the goods; or ask for another increase again?

I think that Alibaba should help in this matter as this member is a Gold Member who is supposed to be Trusted and was verified!

That is also one of the reason I remain as a Free Member until I am very sure that all so-called Gold Members or TrustPass members are 100% verified and trusted.

Even free members can be trusted and honest in dealings, but after paying to become a gold member or Trustpass member, does alibaba guarantee that these are really honest businessmen, as in this case may be?
