For me China is always my favourite market, I'd like to purchase cheap and good quality products from China. but ,Nowadays, major payment and settlement procedures have probably lots of weaknesses. For example: L/C mode always takes a comparatively long time. It is not the safest way to protect the buyer’s benefits. Paypal is a popular way to do international payment, but there is a fatal defect when you use paypal to purchase in China. Firstly, you still can not make sure if the seller is authentic. Secondly, most of Chinese sellers don’t want to use paypal to receive payment because of PayPal’s actual restriction on Chinese sellers. Thirdly even if some Chinese sellers have got HongKong based PayPal account, because of the foreign exchange control in China, it is still impossible for foreign buyers to claim refund when they pay by dollar. Another way for small & mid sized buyers’ payment in dealing business is to fund individual’s account. It is not safe at all, because frauds and pitfalls exist everywhere. This method may lead you to a fraud which you can never be refunded.

Im really curious about  the last half of your statement as it appears to have been taken directly off of the ebay fradulent escrow sites forum.  If you say you have used this payment  method please direct us to the website for it.  Actually this looks to be a hoax started by  a person replying to a job on 51job.com  MAGBAZA relates to only 3 websites accross the 4 largest search engines none of which has anything to do with a payment site.

As for your experience, I tend to doubt you have much of any if you cant figure out how an L/C is safer than Western Union or any direct T/T payment.
