MAGBAZA, a good helper to avoid fraud !

For me China is always my favourite market, I'd like to purchase cheap and good quality products from China. but ,Nowadays, major payment and settlement procedures have probably lots of weaknesses. For example: L/C mode always takes a comparatively long time. It is not the safest way to protect the buyers benefits. Paypal is a popular way to do international payment, but there is a fatal defect when you use paypal to purchase in China. Firstly, you still can not make sure if the seller is authentic. Secondly, most of Chinese sellers dont want to use paypal to receive payment because of PayPals actual restriction on Chinese sellers. Thirdly even if some Chinese sellers have got HongKong based PayPal account, because of the foreign exchange control in China, it is still impossible for foreign buyers to claim refund when they pay by dollar. Another way for small & mid sized buyers payment in dealing business is to fund individuals account. It is not safe at all, because frauds and pitfalls exist everywhere. This method may lead you to a fraud which you can never be refunded.My friend suggested me a good payment tool --MAGBAZA! It is really helpful. Replying to [Emmatan]: I did an exhaustive search of several search engines and have concluded that this started as a prank on a website and as of now it has only been mentioned on Alibab, Ebay and a site in the Philipines.

"Magbasa" is actually a Tagalog(Philippine language) word for "read". I havent searched MAGBAZA SAFE TRADE CREDIT ACCOUNT in the net. But as described it's like ALIPAY of ALIBABA (or like PAYPAL of EBAY). The only problem with ALIPAY is that its website is in chinese.
