Not sure if I should deal with Supplier
Post 1 of 4
I am considering placing an order for electrical products, with Shenzhen AEE Technology Co Ltd, but I am not sure whether they are good supplier.

After reading the advice on this forum I have made various checks such as:

Checked website which looks real and has good support details

They have been to trade shows in the UK

They have been very helpful and quick, when replying to emails

They have very good proudct information sheets

But the problem is they are asking for T/T payment and will not accept any other method

So I am not sure whether they are real or not

Their details are :

Shenzhen AEE Technology Co Ltd

1st Floor,B Building Shenzhen Tsinghua Information Port,Nanshan Hi-Tech Park,Shenzhen, P.R.C China(518057)

Tel:+86-755-33303382 Fax:+86-755-33303381

http//:www.aee.com

Any information on this supplier would be appreciated, many thanks

Replying to [fazUK]:have you phoned them or faxed them /asked your bank to check them out /or your trade dept .

you want them to trust you // but you doubt if you can trust thrm .
do all your checks . and you should be OK .. and just remember if they are scamers it will not matter how you pay , you will lose ..

Hello

I have had a look at the supplier, and they have some nice wireless camera's, they say started in 1999, and been at this location since 2005.
show all contact info, and looks fine, taking T/T only is not any issue, only if you dont trust them.

I checked the web ownership, and they have this domain for another 8 years, and the reg address is the same as the supplier.
Also bought the domain in 1992.

So all looks good, if you are still unsure we can arrange to get samples from them for you, let us know, [em17]

Replying to [fazUK]: They are real but I think they just have procedures to protect their interests especially in first time transactions. It's more that they do not "trust" you enough yet to merit concessions in payment methods. I think they will approve of your methods once you have been dealing with them regularly. A lot of suppliers have been "burned" by bogus buyers already.
