Replying to [Moolan99]:
Sir Isaac Newton's law of Gravity was defined after an apple fell on his head while he was sleeping below the apple tree.

Gravity is a part of mother nature which has both good and bad effects. But without it, our lives will be different, and we will be floating around with no use for our muscles. Like the Jedi Master in Star Wars II.

‘A’ for Apple…. ‘B’ for Ball… 'C' for (Moolan’s) Cat

One bad apple

The full form of this proverb is 'one bad apple spoils the barrel', meaning that a bad person, policy, etc, can ruin everything around it.

Upset the apple cart

If you upset the apple cart, you cause trouble and upset people.

A word spoken in season is like an 'Apple of Gold set in Pictures of Silver,’ and actions are more precious than words.

In Taiwan, there is a mass circulation newspaper:

APPLE DAILY.

Sounds familiar "an apple a day." To be featured in this mass media, is like making big news to the nation.

It is evil that has the greater power to influence the good, than the morally upright to influence the social scums.

"One bad apple in the basket of good ones can causes the whole lot to rot."
