We also got scammed!!! And WHY does not Alibaba stop this scammers!? They are still online on Alibaba and scamming people! Alibaba is directly responsible for all scamms after the first one. They could stopped this a long time ago already when the first man/woman got scammed by Hk Futian! They should pay back the money to all the people that got scammed its Alibabas responsibility to pay back the money because they could have stopped this company or person a long time ago! We are from Sweden and we are going to make an alert here in Sweden to deal here on Alibaba sorry...

Add to the Gold Scammer List !!!!!!!

Tin Hung Technology Ltd.. Scammers

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to warn you about a company called Tin Hung Technology Ltd. They scammed me pretty good. I did business with a person called Helen (mp7-player@hotmail.com) . She has many different alias last names.

What I did not realize was this was the same person under a different company name that scammed me 2 years ago from a company called Everest Technology.. They scammed a lot of people ( lots of complaints).

I think Tin Hung Technology Ltd. is the old Everest Digital Technology. They did it again to me. I ordered products, samples were fine, 2nd order OK, 3rd order OK. Next thing I know I get a bunch of crap I did not order. Thats their game. Or they will short you on a merchandise order and say it is the shipping company fault.

Stay away from Helen and her new Scam Company : Tin Hung Technology Ltd.. It is a old scammer company like Roovosea Trade which was affiliiated with this bunch.

They will scam there way into a new company name, with the same old cast of Scammers.

Be careful of them................................[em6] Tin Hung Technology Ltd [em5]

********REPORT YOUR FRAUD EXPERIENCE TO CNN******************

Hello,

We on the Alibaba community need to have our voices heard. Too many people have been scammed on Alibaba by companies like Hongkong Leiming Ltd. Will this keep going on? Alibaba needs to take the next step to shut fraud operations down to protect the consumer. This will affect B2B relations between the two nations. I am from the US and i have already promised myself that i would never do business with overseas company again. When will this trust be restored? Not soon. My experience will definately be heard to protect other people.

Go to this link and report that you've been scammed on Alibaba.com. Also tell CNN if Alibaba.com has taken off the vendor information since you reported it to them. Also don't forget the name and country of the vendor that took your money. Most importantly, state to CNN that this type of fruad happens to many people everyday.

http://www.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form11b.html?1

Please contact CNN to help report fraud cases. I'm sure Alibaba won't do anything about it.

Hello,

Being scammed sucks. I've been scammed on Alibaba too. What can we do? Nothing much but whatever we do must be effective so that Alibaba does something about the enormous amount of fraud being committed on their site.

Did you know that Yahoo owns about 40% of Alibaba? I did a Google search on their relationship.

Also report the fraud that happened on Alibaba to Yahoo. If it is true and Yahoo is an investor they are also liable for their company's actions.

This is an effective way of making sure it is known that Alibaba needs to clean up their act.

Report your fraud experience to Yahoo.

Due to the bad economy I am trying to get into a new business - used/refurbished computers. I ordered $23,500 worth used laptops and hard drives from HK FuTian Ltd and $12,800 from Kington Electronics (HK) Co., Ltd and got 2 fake laptops from FuTian and 103 bad drives from Kington. They responded at first with:  'Courier took the merchandise, manager on vacation, etc." Now they do not even respond. Alibaba took FuTian out of its website due to customers complaints. Too late for me. However, this smells to me like a class action lawsuit to either/or alibaba, the chinese government, the bank receiving the money, etc. In the USA we should have an attorney contact us all and hear our stories. All we have to do is chase the money. I transferred my money from my bank to the bank of china. I have the account information including the owner in the account. Alibaba should contact the local authorities on our behalf and try to recuperate the money for all of us. Alibaba should confirm the information provided by TrustPass and Verified Members as it states on its website. Alibaba encourage members to become TrusPass members to "Gain Buyers' Trust" as advertised on its website. This is a trap, a setup. I am from Massachusetts and would love to have all of us share information through this forum to pursue our money. We are all currently buying and using chinese products in our country due to their "cheap labor" and now if we try to do business in China we get robbed, unacceptable, and using "verifiable and legal processes that includes people's names, companies, banks and account numbers, transportation services like EMS, DHL - these people can be very easily found. If Alibaba does not have the resources to clean their act maybe Alibaba should have a process where they notify the local authorities on our behalf to collect our money. These scams are hurting everyone and it should be stopped.
