but i find there are some problems with the product. how can i do?
sending it to the company or just mend it by myself?

my dear, that is no doubt about it, you meet a scammer. you pay for original and new brand, but the item you got is refuribished, worthless. if you wanna contact with them, you will find you are discarded. remember the lession.
