at the beginning of my work, i cannot find a client .That is because i have not  the courage to chat with my client .Maybe i am shy,however i fail in looking for the clients .and so my boss chew me out  again and again .fortunately i came across a good teacher .And he said that we ,as a businessman,should  not be afraid to lose faces, fail, be refused ,chat with stranger. Gradually  i become stronger and stronger.

   although i fail sometime ,it will guide me go on my life .

yes, belive in yourself. Don't be shy.

In  my  opinion,Keeping  smile  is  very  important.Also,we  should  believe  ourselves  so  that   we  can  improve  self-confidence .What‘s  more,enhance  commmunication  among  people  is  necessary.

In fact, I was a shy person in my middle school.
During the university life, I start to communicate with others more frequently than before.
After I have graduated from the campus, I become more talkative and confident.
It is very usefull when I was interviewed by boss.
It will be also very usefull in your work.
Believe yourself and show yourself!!

I noticed in China they are terrible at sales to foreginers or even to locals. I have 2 sales colleagues in Shanghai and Beijing. When at exhibition just sit talking to themselves not talk or sales to cutomers. I do not think they will be in my company much longer but this is typical sales in China. But i find this is typical as i have seen similar in China.
