They ask me will i deal with them, and wanted me to look at their products, so i said ok send me some to check, she later show me their web site and the sent me a pdf of their new item, key ring finder.
Later i asked if i can have a sample sent to my office in China and on approval we would place a order, as the file they sent me said this product had a patent by them.
Later she came back and said sorry we can not send now we have not got the patent?
i said, well why send to me and waste so much time? after she told me they have the patent but just wait for the certificate and paperwork to come, oh well you can send the sample as i will not order for a few weeks, by this time you will have the paperwork.
She sill dont want to send, i said if you have this patent and just wait for the documnets so sending the sample to me is ok, if not i have wasted much time to help you with a order.
She replied in Chinese, i thought she was thinking i was Chinese thats why would not send me, but when i asked someone to check it was her saying i am stupid person![[em12]](http://img.alibaba.com/images/eng/style/icon/emoticons_surprised.gif)

I told her someone just told me what you said, she was not bothered and said she dont like the way i do business ???
I said i just wanted the sample of the products you wanted me to buy and help you?
she still would not say sorry, and i said i would let other people know the way you deal with buyers.
later i sent an email to their company to Steven and thought maybe i would get some reply to say sorry, but after some days i did not get any reply.
How can people treat buyers like this and also loose the company money and business, the worse is they contact me![[em10]](http://img.alibaba.com/images/eng/style/icon/emoticons_silly.gif)
and later i wanted to do business she attacts me.
Sophine you need to sort your communication skills out or you will never get a client and your employer would loose business because of your silly behavior.

i purchased from a company, juxingtrading in china. ceo mr yi
well i paid for my purchase and guess what, they will not send it out. they are just scammers and thiefs. don't buy from them, they steal your money and never contact again.
