We've been reading lately about how authorized mandated documents specifying your capabilities and representation to a buyer or seller of product can go a long way in negotiations.
What exactly is the procedure to become authorized as a mandate?
We have been working very hard the last couple of years, and we keep files in cabinets, and store away documents and keep strong oral and written communications, so we've no doubt we'd be very good at the job! :-)
