What is DDQ Then ?

DDQ isnt Delivery Duty Unpaid ,the correct term to Delivery Duty Unpaid =DDU (from Incoterms 2000)., beside I dont know what its the meaning of DDQ , I thing it doesnt belong to Incoterms, but please can anyone give us the explanation about DDQ.
