This is very essential , if you are always late for work , I think you have no right attitude towards the company and your customer , and you are hopeless to get the order .

I personally agree with this :   Attitude is the only thing leading you to success....

This is the rule for life , we were always talking about the effiency ,regulations ,but didn't rule ourselves, this is the time of crisis for us to keep discipined.

Have you ever been late for work ?

[em2],I never late for my work ,but still I have no new customers ,just old customers .
I want to get in touch with new buyers ,but they always dont reply to me ,they said our price is high ,but our price is very competive ,I think maybe they just want to ask price ,but actully they dont want to buy .[em23]

I am always trying to be on time for work. But sometimes there is an accident.
I don't dare to say that I will never be late for work. I just try to do so.[em24]

Well, I'm a night owl. I usually came in late. But my customers are very much appreciate my night time respond. I think what time you come to work is depends on your customer base. I deal with European and American, they are more than happy when they get reply almost immediately from me. But of course, if you work for someone who cannot allow 1min late, then respect that person. I work for myself. And I never late for any morning meeting.

Hi, I am a buyer from AUstralia and have views on CHinese People servicing my company. I feel that becuase Australia is 3 hours ahead of China the sales people that deal with me should start their work 3 hours after normal time. Then we can get many discussions and orders and negotiations done. If the supplier does not start until 8am in china time, it is 11am in Australia. Then only 1 hour we go for lunch and then when we come back from lunch it is the time the chinse go for lunch, so we only have 2 hours in the afternoon to catch each other.

It is the company which you work for which disctates the time which you start, but any smart person will also make a point of letting the mananger know that you must start lkate to service the australian customer.

Even if only 1 day for Australiana Time.

1 day for USA Market

and the 3 days normal chinese working time.

I agree that in certain extent this does represent your attitude to your work.

With right attitude, you may cucceed if you have good way of working too.

Without right attitude, you will never succeed.

Never be late for work. What's your standard for being late. In my opinion, it quitely depends on the specified situation. If all your customers are Americans or Europeans, you need to work late in the night. It is no matter you come to work at 10:00 or even later. But if you need to discuss with your Australian customers on line, you may work earlier in the morning and be off earlier in the afternoon. If you have customer all around the world, you may take the suggestion of my upstairs.
