One Solution to Avoid being victims of Fraud: Make your Payment to your suppliers / vendors in China in trust of a Chinese law firm / lawyer or a accountant firm / CPA(Certified Public Accountant), when you have adoubts over your suppliers / vendors' credit situations, and the law firm / lawyer or the accountant firm / CPA will charge you 3% - 5%, depends on the sum in trusts and your agreement with the Chinese law firm / accountant firm / lawyer / CPA.
