i talk to this guy whose's base is in Canada, accept either credit card payment (he asked for lots of information for credit card payment) , paypal (with minimum purchase of 5000 dollars) ,and bank wire payment. He quoted me prices that's very legitimate (not ridiculously cheap that it sounds like a total scam). Actually called him and talk to him.

Well to find out if it is a scam it is very easy. Ask them who there merchant account is with. Then verify that they hold an account with that merchant company. Two find out what is their business address and also what is their legal company name . Then research their name and address in canadas registred businesses database. Here is the usa you would go to the secratary of state where the company does business at to find out if their an acuatual business or not. I am not sure how canadas system is setup. Then lastly never pay with a debit card that is connected with your business. You should either use a regualr credit card which if the product you receive is not what you order ed, then you are able to chargeback the debit that was placed on your credit card threw your credit card company or use letter of credit banks call this (documentary credit).
