Kindly, I'm looking for an information about commission here, and I was reading almost all topic posting here. But still don't find what I'm looking for.

Actually, I need to know, what is open side and closed side in commission payment?

Sound stupid, but I don't understand what is this. I'm sorry but hopefully anyone here can give me valuable information.

I meet this kind of commission in big transactions with discount.Difference between brutto price and net is split between  mandates and intermediaries.

Ussualy the Seller's  mandate commission is closed and is open only the commission for Buyer's mandate and intermediaries.
