How to do bussiness with foreigners?

Some foreigners have visited our factory and but I don't know how to do it successful?

I will leave our factory if I have no orders.so sad.

I think the attitude is very important.
you should show your clients your sincere.
another thing is that one can never be successful esaily.
we still have a long way to go

I think all the same in the bussiness operation all over the world except the culture are different. so that you can do it as you do domestic bussiness.

First, have you most knowledgeable people present when meeting the customer, be prepared to answer ANY question which might arise. Technical questions must be answered quickly and with confidence. An unprepared sales person will reflect his/her lack of knowledge on the factory he/she is working for.

The most important thing is to be straight and honest about what service/product you can provide. The main complaint most Western businessmen have with Chinese factories is that the results don't match the promises. If an order is going to take you 7-10 days to complete, tell the client it will take two weeks. Don't tell them it will be ready in 7 days. Not coming through on a promise is a guaranteed way to lose business.
