Anyone can recommend which bank in China that can be added to paypal.com?

My friend is in China.
He opened an account at www.paypal.com and choosed a location as China.
Now, he tried to add a ba nk acc ount but couldn't.
Anyone in China that has China paypal account please recommend a bank that can be added to paypal.com to verify and withdraw funds.

yes.master card or visa only

or I suggest you to use the China Merchants Bank
there is a special kind of kind of card
you don't have to pay for the $35 for each unload

Why use PayPal? Why not use escrow.com? The fees are lower than PayPal and both parties are much better protected?
