Why buyers hide their contact info or not accept free member to reply? (when the order quantity is small)
Post 1 of 2

My target customers are small scale or usually order small quantity. Reason for that is easy to control everything (production time, quality, payment) and ask for a higher profit margin is much easier compare with big quantity order.

But the problem is not many factory accept those quantity order (when the order is not hat/cap). I'm lucky and been able to find many factories who accept small orders and good quality. So, what is my problem?

What I just don't understand is why these buyers hide their contact info or not accept free member to reply immediately? When your company or your customer is looking for something but under most factory's MOQ. Don't  you think it would be easier to get quote from wider options? Alibaba did help here to find buyers. But I find a lot of these buyers "close the door" to free member (like me). I'm not able to send them quote at all. Other than tons of e-mail may come in, what is the harm to "open the door" to every potential suppliers?
