You might want to start talking to your national department of agriculture. They can tell you which is the certifying agency in your country (might be a part of their department), and then you take it from there.
If you just produce organic fruit and vegetables but are not certified, you have no economic advantage. The certifying agency can recommend you all the info you need, and you can additionally search the internet.
