Talking about the business culture shock
Post 32 of 34
A manufacturer Must be ready to negotiate and price efficiantly without hageling the contractor/buyer/customer or broker to death.
For me everything is very simple, I can make an educated guess or pay some one to find out the actual manufacture+overall cost of the product and quantity of the product.

The buyer must be willing to negotiate and be very wary of fraud, be patient and wheigh his her options, is the hastle worth your end profit and most importantly Make an accurate assesment of weather the supplier is not only going to provide the margine this time but IN THE LONG RUN, over and over.

What this means is,
1. Are you over haggeling the buyer/Seller?
2. can a simple and effective buisness plan be worked out for long-term Cooperation?
3. IS this worth your time? are you lazy, honost?, STICK TO YOUR WORD? Male or femail?

All of this comes into play and thats the truth.

Haggle me and I will think Twice, YOU DONT WANT TO DO THAT, or maybe you do?

[em6]We went to china few days ago to talked with the 2 buyers of my product.we are confident enough that this contract signing is positive after 3 months of email negotiations. They even look our necessities while we are our side to settle everything, tour guides, hotel and car not to hamper our business trip there. They even give us letter of invitation to enter to them but in the end,we disappointed for what happened on the last day of meeting. They introduced to us their culture in giving gift to that buyer before signing the contract,I insist that we had to separate business to culture,we came here to do business not to do culture. The question is if they are true businessman they know what they are saying. To impress me first and i will give them the gifts they want, let's say a DIAMOND........
