I bought some chair and tables. Now the company has sent the goods,but refusing to send the billing of lading and cerficate of orgin and the invoices

hi,friend,why the gust refuse to post documents to you,i think there are below reasons you need consider,

first, if trade terms is FOB that need you arrange ocean transportation,after your paying goods charges, gust will post orginal B/L to you,

if it is CIF,when you finished to pay goods charges,maybe you may hesitate supplier to pay ocean charges and ask for  relevant documents
