I do not understand your question but your statement is right. However, CFL have two drawbacks, the first is that the contain mercury which is of course a dangerous polutant. The second is that the shape prevents it from being used in decorative environments.
The LED are now available in reliable format. However, most are made for 110-240VAC applications. The best would be to operated over 12VDC and then save alot on cabling also.
