How to reply client inquiry from alibaba?

I received a inqury today morning,the client want to buy product form
us,in the inquiry,he gave me particular information,but some point I'm
not very understand,but he ask for quatation,other way,I don't want to lose a client.

I don't know how to do with it,who can give me some suggestion?

It is better to ask for explanation from client, Than loosing him by giving wrong answer.

Replying to [evie]:Hello as someone new to Alibaba I have made lots of inquiries and , many times it seems they don't even read my questions all they want is payment (usually via western union). I am in the U.S. and there seems to be communication problems with lots of overseas distrubuters probably because of our accents. What I appreciate is as much detail as possible even if it means several messages. If someone is sincere and interested they will be understanding and patient until all questions are answered.
