 He works as construction area. I know from his shipping carrier that he had purchased granite, marble, kitchen cabinet, ceramic and other furniture from in the last some years. Always, he refused to pay the money to them using many different reasons. For most of these products, they are produced as his requirement (it means you can sell to him only). He pays only 20-30% deposit in advanced. But when all products are finished, he will refuse to pay the balance or delay or ask for discount. His shipping carrier (a Chinese girl) said she was entrusted by several suppliers of his to ask for payment from him.

  Now I will tell the experience that is cheated by him.

   We received an inquiry on Jan, 07, 2008 on my hotmail E-mail. He said he wanted kitchen cabinet and sent an EXCEL file to us, which showed the sizes and model. I noticed it still had the format of another factory. It is a factory locates in
Guangzhou
, also I know it. Then I gave the quotation and send back to him. The next day, I received his reply. He said our prices were high, so asked for some discount. Since then we began to communicate.

 On Jun, 2008, he placed an order from us, which was USD3524 FOB
Guangzhou
. Then he placed 30% deposit to us. 20 days later, we have finished the order. I asked him to pay for the balance. He refused to pay for it and asked for discount. I refused it. But he said if I didn’t agree with it, he would not take the goods and you kept the goods yourself. I had no way, only agree with USD300 for the discount (actually our price is the lowest; I only want to have a good beginning with him).

 On Jan, 21, 2008, he arranged the payment and sent the bank receipt to us. Unfortunately, we have another 2 clients sent the money to us during that time (to our personal account). The bank said the money came from a company account and you couldn’t accept it. We had no way to do it, so asked Mr. Robert Clarke if we could send back the money to him and when he received the turn-back money, re-send it to us? He agreed with it and said we should ship the goods in advanced. We believed in them and agreed it.

 Aug, 2008, I checked with our bank, and they said the money had reached Mr. Robert Clarke’s account. So I gave a mail to Mr. Robert Clarke about this thing. 7 days left, I received nothing reply from him. I felt surprised, so I sent another mail to him. Still no any reply.

 Since them to Nov, 2008, I had sent about 10 mails to him, but no any reply. Finally I tried to give a call to him, but only busy sound. I went on sending mails to him, still the same. So I sent a mail on Dec, 2008, which said:

4 days go away; still I don’t receive any of your reply. If still you don’t send the balance (USD2300) to us within one week, I will provide all your personal information to ICPO and embassies and consulates in world countries. You will be treated with contempt as a notorious bilker wherever you go. Also I will send your contempt to your granite supplier and your shipping agent.

I am so surprised that I received his reply in 5 minutes. It said:

hi justin i will send payment to your fty account one more time it not my fault if they forward the payment back to me.

So I sent our account to him, waiting for him to send the payment to us. But then no any information. I was so angry. Since then, I sent another 8 mails to him, and give many calls and fax.

Unfortunately, he never replied.

  Now I have no way to do it, only two ways:

1, I will provide his cheat thing to customs and Embassy in
Grand Bahama

2, I ask my assistant to disclose this cheat on many business and website everyday (in both Chinese and English), such as alibaba, fobshanghai and other country yellows. I also wish every one can keep your eyes on the ball of this cheat (Mr. Robert Clarke).
