[em8]I am a new person on alibaba. I send many emails everyday and for every inquiry I reply seriously. Why no one reply my email?I am so confused and sad!

It's possibly because the e-mails you sent out were to individuals who were comparing prices or might not have time to respond to everyone. I recommend that you not be discouraged because success is right around the corner. Last year I got a reply from a company, but only this year will I be able to follow through. I also think that maybe the people you replied to are trying to see if you will stand the test of time. If you are on Alibaba for a longer period, you will have more credibility. I hope you have great success in your business. Aloha, John[em1]

There are many reasons:
First, the customer may not recieve your letter. 1.there is virus in your letter, so he will not open. 2.the letter that sent by your free email address such as hotmail, 126, 163 may be not reach your custom's mailbox.
Second, the price you quote is much higher than he expects.
Third, the customer is on his holiday

you could always email again and ask if they receive your quote .

but often customers are gathering prices to compare and later will order samples

I just wonder if you are one of those who don't read the inquiry carefully.

I have made a post 2 weeks ago to look for golf towel. But my customer is aim for small quantity, so I mention it very clear on the post with the description and the quantity required. For those who will not accept small order quantity, need not to reply to me. But I receive mails everyday just to tell me how big their factory is and how much quantity they can make in a month. No price quoted and not even notice the quantity I mentioned.

If you are one of those who just copy & paste about your company/factory can do and not read what customer is asking for, I don't think you will receive any reply at all. However, if you did reply to each question of your customer, be patient. Your day will come soon.

most of the emails i recieve , have got nothing to do with the post i had advertised. If i want a glass item i will get 20 replies from mould makers. if i want a cast iron doorstop ill get 40 emails from companies who make cast iron man hole covers.. whats the use of answering them if they are just not relevant. just a thought

I have the same confusion and i am also a newer.Sometimes I don't know how to deel with the info buyers offer because usually they give a buying lead with less description and i am not able to grasp the real useful info that matches our products. It seems to be that i couldn't do anything at the beginning.Would some one like to guide me?
