I need you help

Can you give tips to identify and good seller with caracteristic such as honesty,responsability etc.. so we can make a good relation and work together dont matter the long distance that separate as.

Also which documents should i ask in order to know the seller company, to see it is not a fake one and if it is recognize as a good company, so we can be more calm at the moment to negociate.

Hello,

Understanding the quality of a seller will not be acheieved instantly. You must do some communications such as by exchanging emails, phone calls, etc. After several contacts, there will be some clues of a seller is good or not.

You may start by comparing some datas given to you. Some sellers exagurating their past performance. Some would say that they have been exporting to many countries but in fact they haven't.

The best way to find out if a seller is ggod or not is by asking all details about their contacts, and their website. As soon as you got their contact, you may start by doing due dilligence. Try call the phone number and see if it really works and correct as written.

To find out if they ever exported to some cointries, you can ask the past B/L copy as proove.

If you are new to deal with suppliers, you'd better have an agent to work together with you, such like some trade terms, verifiing suppliers, checking goods, secure of your order, as well as some local knowledge, etc.

There is no concrete tip to identfy its legitimacy. It depends on supplier origin country and industry.

What I am advising is that to work with third parties inspection. There are prominent third parties inspectors in every countries. Rent one of them. be in safe in every stage.

Do not forget that inspection aheds business!

8. References from companies the seller has worked with before, preferably in your country
