I am a saler who do the trading business in the scaffolding . this is a dream of being the business saler which is planted in my mind all the time.
Now the story comes ,it is my experience for real.
I had graduated from the ShanXi university since the year 2006.and my major is computer.and i never thought that i could be the business saler one day.because i refused this kind of job when i left my university that time.i always thought that i could be one skiller in computer no more one time.i came to GuangZhou because i want to seize more chance for me.and more choices.i insisted this mind all the time.
september 22th,2006,i took a big bag which is fulled with the clothes along with me to get off the train station of GuangZhou. and took 300RMB money with me.i remember that day is very hot.and i get started to find the job the next day.i got one job in phone selling ,and i jsut don't want to starve when i use out the money ,and i accepted the job.
That is a challenge to me.because the phone selling is to use the english to the customer.and i was too shy to speak to my customer when they ask me the price and the features for the phone.so i am striving day by day.and i can do the business with my customer on my own.one year past ,i resigned to do another business because i thought i can deserve much better for me.but unfortunately i met the economic crisis ,and i couldn't find the job which is right for me ,i lost my way so that i came and gone to the job fair.but nothing to get .four months has gone.the same way for me .so i thought i should have some changes .means i want to go to another city which named DongGuan to search for my dreams.and fortunetly. i find a job in business for the scaffolding.i am so excited to that.
at the beginning ,i am making effort to study the knowledge of the product .and learning frome my manager who worked in the factory department.overtime is my normally work ,because i want to get the order as soon as possible.our platform is alibaba.so every day i sent the mail to my customer to contact with them.and sent the infromation of our procuct to the alibaba.to send the quotation of the scaffolding to my customer ,and chating to them with MSN ,trademanager.by the familier with the product ,and i got the order which is from MIAMI who do the scaffolding business.he was a kindless man.and he has gone our factory to check our product.and make a big deal to me.
so i want to say that the important things to do business has three steps :
first.you should mastered the skill of communicating to your customer ,and knew them what they want and need.and found out the situation of the market theirs and how the product selling there.
second.you should be familier with your product ,and knew everything clearly in them.let your customer know that you are the expert ,not the stranger.when the customer said ,and you should know how to give them a perfect answer.
third,you should know the everything for the business.include the payment of shipping goods.the transfering from the forwarder to the purpose port.and do some date to your customer in the paperwork.
Above all,i think you should be a success saler in business .and i wish you can get everything what you want .and do anything what set your mind to.the important is that never give up and give in forever and ever.
Your product knowledge and the knowledge of the trading/invoicing process is the key in your success. Now you know who is your target group - construction companies and dealers of construction equipment so you can approach them with your offers.
