OUr carton size  is : 0.495x0.318x0.485

20' FCL is : 2.34x2.34x5.9

I get the result that only 384 cartons could be included at most ,is it right?

Hello,

so, one carton is 0,0763 cbm;

a 20' FCL can accomodate 32cbm;

my result is 432 cartons/container. However in practice you will have some space left as the cartons would not exactly fit the inside of the container so I think around 385 - 400 cartons you may be correct. You can draw a sketch, a container is roughly 5,85m long inside, 2m wide and 2m high, and see how many cartons will form one layer in the container..

Please note that you can only load 20mt into a 20'FCL so if your cartons are heavier than 51kg each you cannot load more than that even if you have space left.

from my experience. you can loading the goods at 30cbm at most.

if  you  do  not  think  about  the  measurement  of  the  cartons  and  FCL  you  can  load  336  cartons  at  most !!!  But  you must  think  about  them !!

Dont be loading too full.
usually there has a littlt bit space for free
I think 30cbm is enough

so you can try for 390-395ctns.
