It means that, if you or your products are

(1) highly demand and in trend in the market, (2) your product is special new design, special technical, special material/source, etc (3) distribution or chain of supply in yours (4) short age of products (consumable or not long lasting) and (5) Un replace or un compet product/material that you poses.

Than you or your products are selling as Seller position. You are controlling the market

Whilst if the Buyer are having all alternatives/anticipation/optional to replace(undertaking) the 5 factors above.

in this situation the Selling position(market) is under Buyer's Market. It means that buyer more control the market.

So dear all friends, if you doing selling, marketing, promotion via Alibaba etc

without having a bit understanding of the Market (buyer or seller market position).

that is why you will get none and all your inquiry that you got after been quoted will no-reply at all.

Definitely, you must know on what you are selling about ?  is it control by buyer market or Seller market(you).

It only can be known, after doing an analyze of the market (buyer or seller) ! by a simple S W O T analyze.

you can immediately know where are you in the Market ?

The SWOT are finding facts of :

1. Price analyze,

2. Products advantage/special feature, design, quality or else that distinctive.

3. Distribution or supply ability in the Market (easy and reach able)

4. Promotion, well known brand/goods, dominating the access (info, chain of supply etc)

5. and all factors that are comparable with the other products, similar products and oter sellers.

There after, on what strategy that you must taking or applying to seeing the objectives/facts ?

some of them known as: Price strategy (discount, Rabat, sale ff etc), Design and quality improvement,

distribution expansion, delivery access domination, Media promotion and advertise/exhibition etc,

which are aiming to achieving the market penetration and getting sales target.

Such a thing is not so simple task, for common SME these are far beyond their access/ability.

So where are your position, how far you go ?
